A Dubai icon reopens with unmatched views and unforgettable experiences

Dubai’s skyline just got its star attraction back. After a temporary pause, Ain Dubai, the world’s tallest observation wheel, has officially reopened on Bluewaters Island — bringing with it a new wave of excitement and extraordinary perspective.

A New High Point in Global Attractions

At a record-breaking 260 meters, Ain Dubai stands taller than any observation wheel in the world and shapes Dubai’s Skyline as one of the favorites Dubai Attractions — surpassing Las Vegas’ High Roller (167 meters) and the London Eye (135 meters).

Each of its 48 fully air-conditioned cabins accommodates up to 40 passengers, allowing a capacity of 1,750 guests per rotation. A full ride lasts approximately 38 minutes, offering uninterrupted 360° views over Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, and the shimmering Arabian Gulf.

Engineering on a Grand Scale

Built with over 9,000 tonnes of steel — about 25% more than the Eiffel Tower — Ain

Dubai is an architectural and engineering feat. Supported by 192 steel cables stretching a combined 24 kilometers, safety and stability are second to none. The Dubai observation wheel has reopened, the stream of people is especially on the weekends very high but also well managed by Dubai Holding.

Located on Bluewaters Island, Ain Dubai is surrounded by upscale restaurants, shops, beach clubs, and entertainment – all a short stroll from JBR’s famous The Walk. Whether for tourists or residents, it’s a full-day destination in one of Dubai’s most vibrant districts.

A Symbol of Vision and Innovation

Originally opened in October 2021, Ain Dubai quickly became a landmark of ambition and engineering. Now, with its 2025 relaunch, the wheel returns as a true emblem of Dubai’s forward-thinking spirit — and a must-visit for anyone seeking an elevated perspective on the city.
