Rather than a single luxury building, the project has been designed as a self-contained neighbourhood — a **city within a city — where residents can live, work and socialise within walking distance of key amenities.
This ambitious vision marks the second collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and Binghatti, following successful branded residential projects in Dubai. However, this initiative is larger in scale and ambition: it’s the first fully master-planned community by Binghatti and reflects a strategic step for Mercedes-Benz beyond automotive design into architecture, urban innovation and branded real estate.

The master plan for this Mercedes-Benz-inspired city in Dubai integrates a wide range of urban elements that elevate everyday life. Residents will find:
