How a Woman Learns to Choose Herself
There are life paths that don’t run in a straight line but unfold like a choreography – full of turns, courage, tempo and surprising highs. The story of 36-year-old Carina Schäfer is exactly that. A journey from the stage to teaching to deep energetic transformation that not only changed her own life but today touches the lives of many women.
From childhood on, Carina knew what she wanted to become: a professional dancer. At eighteen, she began her professional ballet training and soon performed across Germany – in theatre productions, musicals, TV formats such as ZDF, and major shows. But Carina was never just a performer: she taught ballet, jazz, later salsa and bachata, and became one of the first certified Zumba instructors in Germany.
Her path took her to Munich, Cologne and Wiesbaden – and everywhere she left her mark: energy, inspiration, presence.
In 2015, a new world opened for her: personal development, mindset, growth. Through her work in network marketing, she met people whose way of thinking was bigger than anything she had known before. Looking back, she says these encounters realigned her inner world – and laid the foundation for who she is today.
In 2022, Carina founded her own dance school, “Tanzschmiede.” Quickly successful, full of energy, a place where movement became expression. But while the business flourished, she felt her path was continuing. She chose to let the dance school go – not because she failed, but because she grew. One of the bravest decisions of her life.
At the end of 2024, she moved to Dubai. A radical fresh start. A leap into the unknown. And at the same time, a step into the version of herself she had long sensed but only now fully embraced.

Behind the strong stage presence lies a deeply intuitive and sensitive person.
Carina lives in Dubai with her twelve-year-old adopted dog from Spain – a loyal companion who loves the Dubai sunshine as much as she does.
Carina loves dancing, standing barefoot by the sea and grounding herself through the water. And at the same time, she enjoys the beautiful things in life: excellent cappuccino, great food, special clothing, powerful cars.
She makes quick decisions, laughs loudly, can be wonderfully silly – and yet remains connected to her inner elegance and strength.
But true abundance means one thing above all to her:

During a New Year’s Eve performance in 2022/2023 in Dubai Marina, she stood above the city and suddenly knew:
“One day I will live here.”
The next day, in front of the Burj Khalifa, something in her came to rest – and at the same time into movement: the certainty that anything is possible.
Dubai became a symbol of courage, growth and abundance.
“When someone says: That’s not possible, I think: Bring them to Dubai,” she says today.
